Hawthorne Avenue Apartments

The Foundation has preserved 35 units of affordable housing in the Loring Park neighborhood. In collaboration with Minneapolis Community & Technical College, Plymouth Church Neighborhood Foundation has created an innovative housing model linked to training the health care workforce. Low-income adults that are seeking a nursing degree to increase their economic self-sufficiency now have access to affordable housing through our Hawthorne Avenue Apartments.
