Lofts on
Arts Avenue
In
collaboration with Stevens Square Community Organization (SSCO), the
Foundation has been a catalyst in the creation of the Lofts on Arts Avenue
project by Brighton Development. The Lofts is a 36-unit mixed-income
condominium development, which expands t
he
opportunities for home ownership, including affordable homes, in a
neighborhood that is currently 90 percent rental.
